When is a question a fit for Sero Studio?
Studio is a fit for a specific e-commerce opportunity where no standard Sero product exists yet, or where the customer journey, data, or systems call for a different approach. We first check whether an existing product is already enough.
Do we need to have a fully developed plan already?
No. A clear customer or team question is enough to start the conversation. Together, we define the desired outcome, key assumptions, and smallest meaningful first version.
Can you work with our existing online store and data?
That’s exactly the starting point. We look at which product data, content, customer context, and integrations are already available, then design the experience around them realistically.
